We know you’re busy. You have a lot on your plate. So it’s hard to carve out time to prepare your annual floor care budget. The thing is, time is running out. Your budget for next year is due very soon. Here’s how we can help:
Give us a list.
Do you have a complicated, difficult floor care problem in one of your buildings that you are still working on? Share it with us, and we will help you determine a cost-effective way to resolve it. We also can help you plan your floor care budget for the coming year — based on traffic pattern and the frequency and type of surfaces cleaning needed in each area.
Accomplish your objectives and key results (OKRs).
You’re in charge of keeping your buildings looking clean, fresh and professional. That’s what tenants and building owners expect. It’s smart to take a close look at your floor care costs and develop a program to get the results you need for a cost you can afford.
Utilize the 80/20 rule.
Look for areas in which you may be able to decrease your spending by adjusting your overall strategy — by utilizing the 80/20 Rule! That means 80% of your time and resources should be spent on cleaning 20% of your carpet: the carpet in entryways, lobbies and main traffic lanes.
Create a MAP Program.
Our MAP (Maintenance of Asset Preservation) Program starts with our survey of your building’s floors. We use a predictive maintenance model which divides your facility into traffic-density sections (high, medium and low). Then we develop a schedule for cleaning your carpet strategically based on traffic flow patterns. So you direct your budget where it’s most needed and avoid overspending where it’s not needed.
If you’d like to work directly with me to help you develop your annual budget and/or a MAP Program for your floors, just reply by clicking here and put “One-on-One” in the subject line. Tell me a little about your goals and what you’d like to work on together, and I’ll get you all the details.
