Step 2: Consultation
We will call you back to discuss your floor care goals and your floor care project in depth. We will also schedule the next steps at that time. We will tell you what you can expect from us in the following days. This is standard practice for us, and it ensures that you know what we are doing and that you are pleased with the way the project is progressing.
Step 3: Schedule an On-Site Assessment
We will come to your facility to assess the condition of your floor and determine what needs to be done in order for you to meet your floor care goals. Next, we will set the timeline and budget for the project. When we have agreed on pricing, we will move to the next phase of our process.
Step 4: Schedule a Pre-Work Walkthrough
We will conduct a pre-work walkthrough with you to introduce you to our project manager and floor care crew. This will allow us to become acquainted, and you will know what each floor care member’s responsibilities will be. We will also have an in-depth discussion with you to better understand your vision, so that everything we do has your stamp of approval.
Step 5: Let Us Work Our Magic
We will use our expertise to provide floors whose appearance is second-to-none. Meeting your goals and exceeding your expectations. We will also keep you updated for the duration of the process.
Step 6: Schedule a Post-Work Walkthrough
We will have a final walkthrough with you to ensure that every task has been completed, and we will advise you on how to keep your floors looking their very best. You will also receive our care and maintenance guide, which instructs you on how to properly care for your floors.
Step 7: Discuss Our Warranty
By having a one-year warranty on your restored floor, if something unexpected happens during the life of the warranty—and your floors have been properly maintained—we will repair the damage immediately.
Step 8: Schedule Follow-Ups
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. To keep you satisfied and ensure your floors remain in like-new condition, after the project has been completed, we will follow-up with you four days later, four weeks later, and four months later. If you choose to, we will provide a service agreement with the accompanying maintenance.
