Advanced 360 Total Floor Care Systems specializes in maintaining Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), a type of resilient flooring made of recycled composite vinyl. VCT is exceptionally strong, and it withstands heavy traffic—from people or machinery—while resisting scratches, scuff marks, and water. VCT is available in a wide variety of designs, and because it’s durable, it will last 15 or 20 years. IF properly maintained.
Common Uses
VCT is ideal or facilities that have lots of traffic, which explains why it’s often found in businesses, corporate buildings, restaurants, schools, and stores.

Problems
Absorbs dirt easily and becomes dingy quickly. Making it difficult to keep clean.
Disrupts operations when maintained because furniture has to be moved then moved back when crews have finished working). This can be avoided if work is performed after-hours or on weekends.
Emits fumes when maintained. Adversely affecting indoor air quality.
Is expensive to maintain long-term.
Requires lots of labor (for stripping and re-finishing).

Our Solution
For VCT to look its best at all times, it must be properly maintained. How do you do that? By allowing us to create a customized maintenance plan for your commercial facility, which we call our Maintenance of Asset Preservation Program (MAP). MAP, which requires regular service visits, uses soil loads and traffic habits to determine how often VCT flooring needs to be maintained. MAP may cost more initially, but it’s been proven to save our clients money in the long-run by preventing damage to their VCT and by extending the life of their VCT.
