Commercial floors are a huge investment, so your goal is to maximize their return. How do you do that? By keeping them looking their best and lasting as long as possible. Unfortunately, not many floor care providers have what it takes to help you accomplish your goal. But we do. We have provided commercial floor care service to clients across Kansas City for more than 25 years, and our skill and expertise allow us to do something that’s rarely done in the floor care industry: Provide a lifetime warranty on our clients’ carpets, floors, and inteior surfaces. Whether you choose us to care for your interior assets or not, ask for a bill of rights from your floor care provider.

As a commercial floor care client, you have a right to:

Get a prompt response about and a prompt resolution to any floor care issue. We pledge to respond to your request for assistance within 1 hour. During the week and on weekends. Day or night. We also pledge to be on time to scheduled appointments. If we ever need to reschedule, we will do so well in advance.

Expect us to find new ways to protect your business assets. We pledge to remain on the cutting edge of the floor care industry, using the best equipment, products, techniques, and practices, so you always have the best-in-class options.

Have trained professionals work on your floors. We pledge to use trained, supervised technicians with expertise to work on your floors.

Receive accurate invoices. We pledge to deliver services on time and on budget. So you won't be surprised by hidden fees, extras, or cost overages that you have not agreed to.

Receive exceptional service from friendly professionals who appreciate your business. We pledge to treat you, your team, and your facility with the utmost care and respect.

Receive individualized attention and to know which floor care technicians are working in your facility. We will assign you an in-house account manager and a support team, each of which will be familiar with you, your facility, and your preferences.

Understand every aspect of the work we do in your facility. We pledge to follow-up after each service visit, and we will make you aware of any floor care issues we find.

Cancel your contract with us if you're not happy with our service or if we fail to meet your expectations. We will also refund your money.

Much of our business comes from referrals  given by satisfied  customers. For you to ever consider recommending us, you too would have to be a satisfied customer. This–and our desire to deliver worry-free floor care–motivates us to provide the best service possible.
