On January 1, 2008, fiber and floor-covering manufacturers began placing maintenance and floor-care requirements on their products. The three largest carpet manufacturers (Beaulieu, Mohawk, and Shaw) began requiring that in order for their carpets and floor coverings to maintain their warranties, the carpets and floor coverings have to be serviced by technicians certified by IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Check the warranty on your floor and fiber products to ensure you’re adhering to their maintenance and floor-care requirements. If you’re not, you’ll void your warranties. All products used by Advanced 360 Total Floor Care Systems are approved for use by every major manufacturer in the industry.
