We'll call you to discuss your floor care goals and your floor care project, schedule the next steps, and explain what you can expect from us. This ensures that you know what we're doing, when we're doing it, and that you're pleased with the way the project is progressing.
Step 3: Schedule an On-Site Assessment
We'll visit your facility to assess the condition of your floors and determine what needs to be done so you can meet your floor care goals. We'll also set the timeline and budget for the project. After agreeing on pricing, we'll move to the next step in our process.
Step 4: Schedule a Pre-Work Walkthrough
You'll meet our project manager and floor care crew in the walkthrough, and we'll explain each person's responsibilities. We'll then discuss your vision to ensure that we completely understand it. Everything that we do will have your stamp of approval.
Step 5: We'll Work Our Magic
We'll meet your goals, exceed your expectations, and keep you updated for the duration of the project.
Step 6: Schedule a Post-Work Walkthrough
In this walkthrough with you, we'll ensure that every task was completed, and we'll explain what you can do to keep your floors looking their best. We'll leave you our care and maintenance guide, which instructs you on how to properly care for your floors.
Step 7: Discuss Our Warranty
With our one-year warranty on your restored floor, if something unexpected happens to your floors during the warranty period—and your floors have been properly maintained—we'll repair the damage immediately. At no cost to you.
Step 8: Schedule Follow-Ups
Doing outstanding work and satisfying our clients are our priorities. To keep your floors looking their best, after the project has been completed, we'll follow-up with you four days later, four weeks later, and four months later. If you want, we'll also provide a service agreement with the accompanying maintenance. Finally, if you want worry-free floor care, let our skilled floor care technicians provide periodic and restorative maintenance. We're here. Let us know how we can help!
